Little Moons has introduced a limited-edition flavour – Sweet & Salty Popcorn – to its mochi ice cream portfolio. The new flavour is made with demerara sugar and Himalayan rock salt, wrapped in Little Moons' signature mochi dough. In addition, it features crunchy caramelised pieces of corn for added texture and flavour. According to the brand, each mochi bite is gluten-free and free from artificial flavourings, colourings and preservatives. Howard Wong, co-founder of Little Moons, commented: “We’re delighted to be launching Sweet & Salty Popcorn, adding another delicious flavour to our range. With autumn and winter on the horizon, our Sweet & Salty Popcorn mochi ice cream is the perfect sweet treat for any cosy night in on the sofa. And, at just 75 calories per ball, it is a permissible treat/snack perfect for when you’re craving a little sweet treat.” For a limited time, Little Moons' Sweet & Salty Popcorn will be available nationwide for an RRP of £5.00.
