PepsiCo-owned Muscle Milk is set to introduce a new limited-batch s’mores flavour, just in time for the autumn season, aiming to bring a nostalgic campfire taste to health-conscious consumers.
This marks the brand's first seasonal offering, designed to complement active lifestyles.
Muscle Milk S’mores Protein Shake features a blend of chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker flavours, providing a decadent treat suitable for post-workout recovery or daily nutrition.
Each 11oz bottle contains 25g of protein, 170 calories, zero sugar, and is fortified with fibre, vitamin A, calcium and vitamin D.
Muscle Milk was originally owned by CytoSport, which was acquired by Hormel Foods in 2014. In 2019, PepsiCo purchased CytoSport from Hormel Foods, making Muscle Milk one of its brands.
Marissa Pines, senior marketing director for Gatorade – another brand that features within the CytoSport portfolio – commented: "Fall is the perfect season to enjoy new flavours. With active adults seeking more protein, the limited-batch Muscle Milk S’mores Protein Shakes deliver a delicious s’mores taste with 25g of protein, all in a convenient grab-and-go package."
The new flavour will be available on Amazon and at US retailers nationwide starting the week of 8 September. This launch follows the introduction of Muscle Milk's first-ever Plant Protein earlier this year, further expanding its flavour portfolio to cater to diverse consumer preferences.
