Crosta Mollica is expanding its range with two new products launching this spring: the Salami Napoli Pizza and Frozen Sourdough Pizza Base.

The Salami Napoli, featuring premium Italian salami on Crosta Mollica's signature sourdough base, launches nationwide in Tesco on 28 April 2025, while the Frozen Sourdough bases are available now in Waitrose nationwide. Coming in a pack of two, the sourdough bases build on the success of Crosta Mollica’s chilled version, which the brand says is its best-selling pizza product to date.

Dean Lavender, marketing director at Crosta Mollica, said: "With our complete brand refresh and new product launches, we're continuing to honour our commitment to authentic Italian craftsmanship while making it even easier for food lovers to enjoy premium quality meals at home. The Frozen Pizza Bases celebrate our heritage – Pizza Base was our first-ever pizza product and remains our best-seller – while our new Salami Napoli pizza responds directly to what our customers have been asking for: an authentically Italian take on a beloved classic."

Founded in 2009, Crosta Mollica has built its reputation on Neapolitan-style sourdough pizzas and emphasises its dedication to Italian culture through its new packaging design, rolled out in February 2025.
