UK soda brand Dalston’s Soda Co is launching a new range of functional prebiotic drinks, called 'For your gut'. The range, which is made using Dalston's proprietary "Prebio blend," is available in two flavours: raspberry and tropical. Each 250ml can contain 3g of plant fibre, providing 15% of the recommended daily intake for magnesium and zinc. Additionally, it includes the botanicals baobab and lemon balm, known traditionally for their digestive support properties. Dalston’s Soda Co's founder, Duncan O’Brien, said: “Leading research shows that gut health is the foundation of broader wellness. The microbiome has the potential to impact immunity, digestion, skin health, focus, cognition, and even weight.” The 'For your gut' range will be available across numerous UK wholesalers for an RRP of £1.99 per can.
