Kallø introduces Thai curry-flavoured veggie cakes

Ecotone UK-owned snacking brand Kallø has extended its Veggie Cakes range with a new non-HFSS Thai Curry flavour. The new variety is crafted with flavours inspired by Thai green curry with a creamy coconut taste. They are made with a high-protein blend of lentil and peas that offer a crisp texture. The HFSS-compliant snacks contain no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours and join the brand’s existing varieties Beetroot & Balsamic, Sea Salt & Cider Vinegar, Spinach & Pesto and Caramelised Onion Chutney. Adele Ward, Kallø marketing director at Ecotone UK, said: “When faced with deciding between snack options, shoppers are often divided between tasty or healthy. With Kallø Veggie Cakes, we’ve proven that healthier choices don’t have to be dull. Thai Curry Veggie Cakes are an embodiment of that sentiment. The product offers all the outstanding nutritional benefits provided by plants coupled with the most delicious, aromatic curry flavour. A fantastic addition to the Veggie Cakes line-up that we’re confident will drive category growth.” Kallø’s Thai Curry Veggie Cakes are available to purchase now in UK retailers.
