The Delicious Dessert Company has introduced a limited-edition éclair, the ‘Love You Straw Berry Much Éclair’, ahead of Valentine’s Day.

The éclair consists of choux pastry filled with strawberry crème pâtissière and cream, topped with strawberry fondant and white chocolate lacing.

Claire Smith, head of insight at The Delicious Dessert Company, commented: “We love making sweet treats that we like to enjoy for those special occasions. As with all our ranges, our aim is to bring a bit of fun and indulgence into our products.”

The new dessert will be available at Tesco stores across the UK.
