British soft drink brand founded by actress Gillian Anderson, G Spot Wellness Drinks, has entered into a strategic partnership with Heineken.

Launched 12 months ago, G Spot's range of adaptogen and nootropic-infused soft drinks are designed to tap into the wellbeing market and are available in various retailers across the UK.

Heineken’s backing is expected to fuel G Spot’s expansion across the country, boosting distribution and increasing brand awareness to meet the growing demand for functional, natural and wellness-focused beverages.

The brand launched in the US in October this year, and, as part of its broader growth strategy, G Spot is looking towards international expansion, with further growth in the pipeline.

Gillian Anderson said: “I am thrilled to be partnering with Heineken, which allows us to take the next step in growing G Spot as a bold alternative to traditional wellness brands. We’re excited to continue empowering people, especially women, with drinks that prioritise natural ingredients, vegan formulas and functional benefits – all while redefining what it means to live well.”

G Spot’s products include Lift, made with red berries and sarawak to uplift spirits; Soothe, made with fresh apples and sage to calm the mind and your mood; Protect, created with lemon, ginger, turmeric for a refreshing taste profile; and Arouse, which contains passionfruit, pineapple and spicy orange habanero.

The drinks also contain a selection of the following nootropic ingredients: bacopa, ribose, maca, cordyceps, reishi, zinc, theanine, peppercorn, chaga, butterfly pea, L-argenine, L-citrulline and vitamin B6.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
