HP Hood-owned brand Lactaid has launched a new chocolate peanut butter ice cream in the US.
The product features a blend of chocolate ice cream and a peanut butter swirl, made with 100% real milk and cream. It is lactose-free, making it suitable for people with lactose intolerance.
Lactaid Ice Cream uses milk and cream from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones and includes lactase enzymes that break down naturally occurring lactose into glucose and galactose, which are easier to digest.
The chocolate peanut butter-flavoured ice cream is available nationwide for $5.49 per unit.
