Last night FoodBev Media’s annual World Dairy Innovation Awards took place at a special gala dinner. The judging panel considered 167 entries from over 19 countries in 22 categories.
Companies including Agropur, Junlebao Dairy, Elopak, Nightfood and Valio were victorious at the ceremony, held at the Global Dairy Congress in Lisbon, Portugal.
FoodBev Media marketing manager Matt Ferris said, “In a challenging year for the dairy industry, we have seen a broad range of innovation within the entries for the 13th annual World Dairy Innovation Awards as brands continue to find creative solutions. Once again, we are fascinated by the level of innovation, from the datafication of agriculture to advance sustainable production practices, to the new flavours, concepts and modernised manufacturing technologies designed to give consumers more choice and aid digestive wellness.
