The Hershey Company has launched a new range of Easter treats under its Reese’s and Hershey’s brands.
The line-up includes the Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg, Reese’s Spring Sprinkles Big Cup and Hershey’s Cookies n Crème Egg, available in major supermarkets.
The Reese's range includes a 170g milk chocolate peanut butter-filled egg and a 170g bag of mini peanut butter eggs. The Reese's Spring Sprinkle Big Cup King Size features two big peanut butter cups with Reese’s peanut butter and spring-shaped sprinkles, which is said to be twice the size of regular cups.
Meanwhile, the Hershey's Cookies ‘N’ Creme Egg 390g include an XL 300g Cookies ‘N’ Creme egg and a 90g Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme bar. The white chocolate shell is filled with cookie pieces for added texture.
Jackson Hitchon, general manager of Europe, Middle East, Africa and World Travel Retail at Hershey, said: “Easter remains a critical moment to drive penetration and attract new shoppers and Reese’s continues to outperform the Easter singles market by 14%, reinforcing its position as a seasonal favourite in the UK and beyond”.
Hitchon continued: “By delivering fresh, seasonally relevant twists on our most loved products, we are not only enhancing the shopper experience but also unlocking greater opportunities for our retail partners to maximise sales.”
The new range can be found in major UK retailers from now until the end of the Easter season.
