Ohly, a global supplier of yeast-based ingredients and culinary powders, has debuted two new hot sauce powders: ProDry Chipotle Puree Powder and ProDry Aged Red Jalapeño Sauce Powder.

"Current hot sauce trends reflect a growing preference for complex and contrasting flavour profiles, particularly the combination of sweet and spicy taste sensations, like honey-chipotle or mango-habanero," she said.
She continued: "Unconventional pairings continue to gain popularity, emphasising a broader shift in consumer curiosity. Chipotle stands out as an ever-popular example, favoured for its rich, smoky undertones, while jalapeño offers a bright, vibrant heat".
