General Mills is expanding its Häagen-Dazs range with a new collaborative flavour, Häagen-Dazs Caramel, Biscuit & Cream. For the latest addition, Häagen-Dazs teamed up with Lotus Bakeries to pair its creamy ice cream with the popular Biscoff caramelised biscuits. The pairing is said to marry together both companies’ dedication to quality and taste, providing an elevated flavour experience. Häagen-Dazs Caramel, Biscuit & Cream crafted with Biscoff offers a mix of caramelised Belgian biscuit, paired with rich and smooth caramel ice cream, to provide a smooth and creamy, yet crunchy, experience. This is the latest in a number of innovations for Häagen-Dazs, which entered the yogurt category in June with Cultured Crème, launched afternoon tea-inspired tubs in May, and collaborated with Pierre Hermé on its new macaron ice cream collection in February. The new Biscoff flavour is available in pints and minicups, across all major grocery stores in the UK.
