Sports nutrition brand MyProtein has expanded its partnership with fitness competition Hyrox, launching a new product range aiming to meet the needs of the ‘hybrid’ athlete.
The MyProtein x Hyrox range, launched on 1 July, has been curated to support a hybrid workout schedule and help consumers maximise their training throughout all stages – pre-workout, intra-workout and post-workout.
Six new products are debuting as part of the offering, from energy gels to re-fuel bars, backed by research undertaken to create the ‘most impactful’ formulations. MyProtein’s team ought insight from Hyrox’s athletes to ensure the exclusive range fulfilled all training requirements for those competing.
The full range comprises a salted caramel re-fuel bar, watermelon-flavoured electrolyte mix, raspberry lemonade-flavoured intra-workout solution, an orange and mango-flavoured post-workout blend, and two gel products – a pre-workout gel, available in sour cherry and green apple flavours, as well as a raspberry lemonade-flavoured energy gel.
Neil Mistry, CEO at MyProtein owner THG Nutrition, commented: “The collaboration between MyProtein and Hyrox champions our mutual passion for the empowerment of fitness communities, and a fitness ethos that is transformative and inclusive for everyone wanting to push themselves further, wherever they are on their fitness journey”.
Products are available individually but also can be purchased online as a complete ‘Hyrox Bundle’ for £79.99.
