Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) has launched four new cheese products ahead of the summer season, expanding its portfolio with spicy and smoky options.
The line-up includes: Spicy Colby Jack Slices, combining Colby and Monterey Jack with jalapeño, chipotle and Scotch bonnet peppers; Spicy Mexican Blend Farmstyle Thick Cut Shreds, a mix of medium cheddar, Monterey Jack and Colby Jack cheeses with the same trio of spicy peppers;
Extra Sharp Triple White Cheddar Shreds, featuring a blend of extra sharp, sharp and medium white cheddar; and Smoked Medium Cheddar Slices, made with real natural wood smoke for a hickory flavour.
Josh Archibald, executive chef of culinary development at TCCA, said: "Tillamook cheese is made for cheese lovers, by cheese lovers. We use real, natural ingredients to produce the flavour-rich bites that leave you craving more."
"As we head into summer and the start of grilling season, whether you're looking to add a hickory upgrade to your next backyard burger with our Smoked Medium Cheddar Slices or elevate your taco game with Spicy Mexican Blend Farmstyle Thick Cut Shreds, our new full-flavoured line-up will bring any dish to new heights."
Tillamook cheeses are available nationwide at major retailers including Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, Publix, and Ahold Delhaize.
