Juice Generation, a juice shop in New York City, is marrying two unlikely foods – juice and gelato – in its latest product development.
The company has launched Juiced Gelato, a new cold-pressed gelato available for nationwide shipping. This product marks the brand's 25th anniversary.
Developed in collaboration with Italian gelato expert Cristiano Rossi, Juiced Gelato is made from Juice Generation’s popular juices and contains no sugar, dairy or additives.
The gelato aims to provide a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream.
Flavours include Supa Dupa Greens, Citrus Super C, Watermelon Dragon and Spicy Lemon, along with unique options like Celery and Carrot-Apple-Beet.
Additionally, the company is offering Crunch Cones Crumble, a topping made from upcycled organic cold-pressed juice pulp mixed with chickpea and lentil flours.
Juice Generation is now making these products available online, responding to growing consumer interest in healthier dessert options during the summer months.
